We currently offer two collections:

Each is a high-quality, physically produced edition. You can preview both on our product pages and YouTube channel before you buy.
3) What ages is it best for?
The tablets are designed for children ages 3–12, with content that's easy for younger kids to enjoy while still engaging for older children. They work beautifully for bedtime reading, family time, Sunday school, and early learning.
4) How does the tablet turn on and off?
It works just like a book — the tablet turns on automatically when the cover is opened and turns off when it's closed. There's no power button, so it's simple enough for even the youngest readers to use on their own.
5) How do I charge it?
The tablet charges via USB Type-C. Simply connect the USB-C cable to any standard USB wall adapter (like a phone charger) or a computer USB port. A full charge keeps story time going, and you can charge it anytime — even overnight — so it's ready when your little one is.

1) How do I place an order?

2) What payment methods do you accept?

4) Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be processed or shipped and can no longer be cancelled. If you spot an error in your shipping details, contact us right away and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.

We currently ship within North America. Certain locations may have limited shipping availability or restrictions — if you have any questions about shipping to your area, just contact us before placing your order.
2) How much is shipping?
For orders under $190, the shipping fee is calculated based on zip code, and products arrive by USPS Ground Advantage unless otherwise specified on the order form. Typical rates start at $9.95 for a single product, though they are subject to change as per the United States Postal Service. Orders of $190 or more ship free. Shipping costs are always clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
3) How long does order processing take?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Please note:
• Orders placed after business hours may be processed the next business day
• During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer

8) What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we aren't responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. 1) My videos are glitching, freezing, or buffering. What should I do?
Try these quick steps first:
• Close the tablet cover completely, wait 30 seconds, then open it again — this restarts the device
• Make sure the tablet is charged above 20%
• Try a different story to confirm it isn't just one video If the problem continues, record a short video showing the glitch and upload it at

2) My tablet won't turn on or charge.
Remember: there's no power button — the tablet turns on automatically when the cover is opened.
• Charge the tablet for at least 30 minutes using the USB Type-C cable connected to a standard USB wall adapter or a computer USB port
• Close the cover fully, then open it again to trigger it to turn on
• Try a different adapter or outlet to rule out the charger If it still won't turn on, record a short video showing the issue and upload it at

3) The screen is frozen or unresponsive.
• Close the cover completely, wait 30 seconds, then open it again — this restarts the tablet

4) There's no sound.
• Check that the volume is turned up
• Close the cover, wait 30 seconds, and open it again to restart

5) My tablet arrived damaged or defective.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@thekidsbiblestories.com with photos or video of the damage. For technical defects, also upload a short video at https://thekidsbiblestories.com/pages/return-order. We'll review it and work with you on a replacement, repair, or refund. Please note that user-caused damage (drops, cracked screens, liquid damage) is not covered.
Returns, Refunds & Warranty:
1) What is your return policy?
You have a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. To qualify, the item must:
• Be unused and in the same condition you received it
• Be in its original packaging with all accessories and materials
• Include a receipt or proof of purchase

2) How do I start a return?

3) Do I need to register my product?
Yes. To be eligible for a return, refund, or warranty support, please register your product within 14 days of delivery. Registration instructions come with your product, or you can request them anytime by emailing support@thekidsbiblestories.com. This quick step helps us support you faster and verify your purchase if anything comes up.
4) Are any items non-returnable?
Yes. The following can't be returned:
• Custom or personalized products
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards

5) How do refunds work?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (your bank may take additional time). Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, please contact us.
6) Do you offer exchanges?
We don't offer direct exchanges. The easiest way to get a different item is to return your current one and place a new order once the return is approved.
7) Is there a warranty?
Yes — a 30-day limited warranty from the delivery date covers manufacturer defects and hardware issues not caused by user damage. It does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or cosmetic marks that don't affect function. Depending on the situation, we may offer a repair, replacement, store credit, or refund.
8) What isn't covered?
Damage from accidents or misuse isn't eligible for return, refund, or warranty, including:
• Dropped devices
• Cracked or broken screens
• Water or liquid damage
• Improper handling or storage
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications Normal wear and tear and cosmetic marks that don't affect function are also not covered.
9) Do EU customers have different return rights?
Yes. If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without needing to justify. Items must still be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
10) Can I cancel my order after purchase?
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be processed or shipped and cannot be cancelled — but our 30-day return policy still has you covered once it arrives.
