Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Rates
- For orders under $190, the shipping fee is calculated based on zip code. Products will arrive by USPS Ground Advantage unless otherwise specified on the order form. Typical rates start at $9.95 for a single product, but they are subject to change as per the United States Postal Service.
- For orders of $190 or more, shipping is complimentary
Shipping costs will always be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
2. Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Please note:
- Orders placed after business hours may be processed the next business day
- During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer various shipping options at checkout depending on your location. Estimated delivery times will vary based on the selected shipping method and destination.
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, all shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

We currently ship within North America.

5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation at: support@thekidsbiblestories.com
We’ll review the situation and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

8. Shipping Delays
Occasionally, delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, such as:
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- High shipping volumes
We appreciate your patience and understanding if this happens.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this time, your order may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.
