Return & Refund Policy

At The Kids Bible Stories, we truly want your family to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help and will do our best to make it right.  

1. 30-Day Return Window  

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.  

2. Product Registration Requirement  

To be eligible for a return, refund, or warranty support, your product must be registered within 14 days of delivery.  

Registration instructions are included with your product, or you can request them anytime  by contacting us at: support@thekidsbiblestories.com 

This step helps us support you faster and verify your purchase if anything comes up.  

3. Eligibility for Returns  

To qualify for a return, your item must:  

  • Be in the same condition that you received it  
  • Be unused  
  • Be in its original packaging, including all accessories and materials  Include a receipt or proof of purchase  
  • Be properly registered within 14 days of delivery  

We may not be able to accept returns that don’t meet these conditions. 

4. How to Start a Return  

To start a return, simply reach out to us at: support@thekidsbiblestories.com. Please include:  

  • Your order number  
  • A brief reason for the return  
  • Photos or video, if applicable  

If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions along with a return shipping label (if applicable).

Please note: Items sent back without contacting us first won’t be accepted.  

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items  

We recommend checking your order as soon as it arrives.  

If something isn’t right—whether it’s damaged, defective, or incorrect—please contact us  within 7 days of delivery at: support@thekidsbiblestories.com 

We’ll review the issue and work with you to make it right, whether that’s a replacement,  repair, or refund.  

6. What Is Not Covered (User-Caused Damage)  

While we stand behind our products, we’re not able to cover damage caused by accidents  or misuse, including:  

  • Dropped devices  
  • Cracked or broken screens  
  • Water or liquid damage  
  • Improper handling or storage 
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications  

These situations are not eligible for return, refund, or warranty support.  

7. Non-Returnable Items  

Some items are not eligible for return, including:  

  • Custom or personalized products  
  • Sale or clearance items  
  • Gift cards  
  • Digital or downloadable products  

If you’re unsure, feel free to ask us before starting a return—we’re happy to help.  

8. Exchanges  

We don’t offer direct exchanges. 

The easiest way to get a different item is to: 

1. Return the item you have  

2. Place a new order once your return is approved  

9. Return Shipping  

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective,  damaged, or incorrect  
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable  
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return  

10. Refunds  

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved.  

If approved: 

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business  days  

Please keep in mind:  

  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund  
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us support@thekidsbiblestories.com  

11. 30-Day Limited Warranty  

We offer a 30-day limited warranty from the date your order is delivered.  This warranty covers:  

  • Manufacturer defects  
  • Hardware issues not caused by user damage  

This warranty does not cover:  

  • Accidental damage (see Section 6)  
  • Normal wear and tear  
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality  

To submit a warranty request, contact us at: support@thekidsbiblestories.com We may offer a repair, replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.  

12. European Union Customers  

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without needing to justify.  

Items must still be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.  

13. Order Cancellations  

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.  

After that, your order may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.
